The dinner Culinary Stories - Aquatic Hybrids investigates an understanding of nature influenced by the Anthropocene.
The chef Chiara Strobl developed a hybrid 4 course menu mimicking aquatic foods, but 100% vegan, which will be served in ceramic corals by Nils Blau.
Abie Franklin will accompany these notions with a speculative reading with specially designed cards.
